Willmott Dixon has been appointed by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council to develop a 拢15m ($19.82m) swimming pool complex in Eston, England, UK.
Set to be completed by early 2026 and operated by Everyone Active, the facility will feature a 25m, six-lane pool with changing areas and a 150-seat spectator gallery.
Additionally, it will include a separate learner pool designed to help children and young people learn to swim.
Once operational, the complex will be used for public swimming and to conduct lessons, galas, and competitive events.
Willmott Dixon North East director Nick Corrigan said: 鈥淥ur leisure sector experts bring a wealth of experience to Eston Pool and will ensure local people have a first-class health and well-being facility where generations of Eston children will learn to swim.聽

Last month, Willmott Dixon was chosen via the UK Department for Education鈥檚 Construction Framework for a 拢21.4m ($28.27m) school construction project for West Northamptonshire Council.聽
It is set for completion by mid-2025.聽
