Meraas, a division of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded Dutco Construction a Dh850m ($231.42m) contract for the construction of the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island in the United Arab Emirates.

With marine works now completed in this area, the development of the 27-storey luxury residential tower is set to commence.

The Bvlgari Lighthouse, designed by architecture company Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, will feature four- and five-bedroom luxury penthouses, and an eight-bedroom Sky Villa that spans the top three levels.聽聽

The Sky Villa will have private rooftop gardens, expansive outdoor living spaces, a private pool, and stylish lounge areas flanking the building. 

The project is scheduled for completion by the second quarter (Q2) of 2027 and marks the third collaboration between Bvlgari and Meraas.
