McShane Construction Company has announced the completion of Manor Scottsdale, a 286-unit apartment complex in Scottsdale, Arizona, US.
The five-storey wrap-style building, constructed for Related Group, spans a 6.5-acre site and offers a range of living options.
The complex features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with quartz countertops, smart home technology, and private balconies.
It also includes 32 penthouse apartments, 19 units with mountain views, and 24 kosher apartments.聽
It further offers a variety of on-site amenities such as a fitness centre with yoga and spin rooms, a wellness centre with a sauna, a clubroom kitchen, and a game room that includes an arcade and golf simulator.聽
The outdoor space meanwhile, comprises a resort-style swimming pool, a grotto, a dog park, and a pet spa.聽聽
